So although the build will start off slow in terms of damage with the stronger mobs this build will work very well as the damage mounts up.

The build will use a lot of conditional damage and makes full use of the “bleeds” that the Necromancer has at their disposal.

The best thing about the build is that it will work very well against multiple mobs as the damage builds up slowly.

Here are the details on the Necromancer Leveling Build:

Trait Progression Order

    10 Curses
    10 Spite
    10 Curses
    10 Spite
    10 Blood Magic
    10 Curses
    10 Spite

Spite

One of the most beneficial boosts that the Spite tree offers is conditional duration. The power it gives you isn’t going to improve you DOT spells, but it will boost any burst spells that you decide to use. Unlike power, Might does improve your DOT damage and that is why you need to get Reaper’s Might for your Adept trait. It will boost your might consistently throughout your fights. Add Chill of Death to the Master slot to slow down your enemies before they have a chance to reach you.

Curses

Curses is extremely important for the increase in condition damage that it grants you and that is why you are maxing it out. Get Hemophilia for your adept trait to extend the bleed damage. Master of Corruption as your next trait will help you fling out more poison spells to get the poison flowing rapidly. Lingering Curse in the Grandmaster slot is going to work wonders for improving the bleeds and poisons put on by the Curses from your Scepter.

Blood Magic

The additional damage and healing from the small amount of points invested in Blood Magic is going to help you stay alive a little better. Invest in Dagger Mastery to enable yourself to throw out more Enfeebling Blood more often and improve your overall damage.

Devastating Strategy

If you are facing a large group of enemies you have a very useful way to apply a huge amount of damage to all of them. Stack up your bleeds and poisons onto your first enemy until you have enough to kill him. Now hit him with Epidemic and watch all of the other enemies around him drop dead too. This is the quickest way to take care of a group of enemies and you will be amazed at how effective it is with this build.
